41 year old woman presented with heavy, aching and painful legs especially worse at the end of the day. She predominantly spent her time at work on her feet. She started developing itchiness around her ankles as a result of her varicose veins. She was treated with an Endovenous Laser Ablation, catheter directed cyanoacrylate and ultrasound guided sclerotherapy. Her spider veins were treated at the end with direct vision sclerotherapy. Her “After” images were taken 3 months after her initial treatment. Her symptoms have completely disappeared and she was very happy with the cosmetic results as well.
